Eligibility Requirements

01

Pass the NCLEX
(U.S. Nursing Exam)

02

At Least 1 Year of Practical Experience After Obtaining a Nursing License

You can continue gaining experience while your green card application is being processed.

Hold a Nursing Degree

4-year degrees preferred, but 2-year and 3-year degrees are also accepted

Hold a California Nursing License

  • Nurses licensed in other states must go through the CA Endorsement process

  • Foreign Degree holders must meet English proficiency requirements, such as TOEFL scores.
